		<description>More then likely , yes. NG prices keep going up too. Best thing to do is cut down on your electric usage. Replace bulbs with the florescent ones. If electric, turn down hot water tank,replace with a good gas one.(heard there cheaper to operate)Replace appliances with more efficient ones.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
