Sorry, that’s a ‘biggie’.
There are serious fuel, exhaust, cooling, electrical, and grounding,
safety issues that will vary with the existing site.
Nobody responsible will even try to give you a detailed ‘how-to’
without seeing the existing installation.
20 KW is a bit large for a residential unit.
Most homes don’t draw that much unless the heating
is electric, and mostly, not even then.
You should really get proper advice.
